Yearbook Committee
The Yearbook Club works all year long in order to deliver a perfect yearbook to all students who plan to order one. They take pictures, make layouts, create the cover and title page design, as well as fundraise and get advertisements put in the yearbook from local businesses to help pay for the book’s creation. They work quite a bit on the computer under a program called YearTech which allows them to easily put the layouts, page by page, in the right order. In the first few weeks, they mostly hold organizational meetings, to decide what people will be doing throughout the year, making dates for photographers, creating voting ballots for senior superlatives and making sure the seniors have the proper material needed for their allotted area in the yearbook. They work with Grenier’s Photography during the year, and they send photographers down occasionally to capture students in action.
If you would like to join this club, meetings are every Monday. Please see Mrs. Clemente for more information.
