Welcome to the services page of the CPS HelpDesk. In this area of the site you can request help for your computer related problems. Before submitting a Technology Assistance Request Form, please make sure that a solution to your problem is not outlined on the HELP page.

Submitting a Request Form:
To have a CPS employee help solve your computer problem a Technology Assistance Request Form must first be submitted. Technology Assistance Request Forms can be found in the main office. A printable version of the Technology Assistance Request Form is available through the link below.

If you would like to submit your problem online, please do so through the links provided on the "Contact Us" page.

When filling out the Technology Assistance Request Form, please be sure to adequately describe your specific problem. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for our workers to troubleshoot your problem.
Once the Technology Assistance Request Form has been filled out completely and signed by your respective Building Administrator, it can be submitted in the main office to John Crovo's mailbox. This mailbox is checked daily.
