If you are unable to log into your computer there are a few things you
should check.

First make sure that your network cable is plugged into the back of your
computer as well as into a wall outlet. If it is, and you have multiple
network outlets in your room, try moving the network cable to another
wall outlet. These cables are typically bright yellow and are similar in
appearance to the cable pictured below.

Make sure that you
are using the correct username and password. If other people are able to
log onto your computer with their username and password, then the problem
lies with either your username or password.

If other users are
also unable to log into your computer, make sure that you are logging
into the domain. The image above shows what the login dialogue box should
look like. If you do not see the third box shown in the picture which has
the text "Log on to:" written next to it, then try clicking on the
"Options>>" button in the lower right hand corner of the window, doing
this should reveal the third option. Make sure that the text within the
"Log on to:" box reads "CLINTONPUBLIC" (as shown in the image below).
CLINTONPUBLIC is the name of the domain in CPS. Your username and password
are checked only when the CLINTONPUBLIC domain is selected, if it is not
you wont be able to log onto your computer.

If this option
was already selected, or you are still unable to log onto the computer
after selecting this option, please contact us from the
