Directions to
Joel Elementary School From Hartford: I-91 to Route 9 South. (The exit to Route 9 is on the left.) Take Exit 9 off Route 9. Turn right at the end of the exit onto Route 81, heading south approximately 8 miles, through Killingworth to junction of Routes 80 & 81 at the Killingworth Circle. Continue on Route 81 heading for Clinton, which is about 3 miles further. Go through the light at Clinton Crossing Premium Outlet Shops (on your right). Next, is a series of 3 stop lights (The Morgan School and athletic fields will be on your left). At the third light, take a left onto Glenwood Road. Continue straight on Glenwood, through two stop signs. Joel School is on the left approximately ¼ -½ mile beyond the second stop sign. Joel School is the first building on the right. Central Office and Special Services are housed in the last building on the right. From New London: I-95 South (toward New Haven) to Exit 63 (Clinton, Killingworth, Route 81) At the end of the exit, turn right onto Route 81 and get into the left turning lane. From New London: I-95 South (toward New Haven) to Exit 63 (Clinton, Killingworth, Route 81). At the end of the exit, go straight through the light into the Morgan School parking lot. From New Haven: I-95 North (toward New London) to Exit 63 (Clinton, Killingworth, Route 81). At the end of the exit, turn left; proceed to traffic light, turn left at the light onto Route 81. Continue north on Route 81 to the second light. Take a right at the light into Morgan School parking lot.
